Established in 1999, Martinez Couch & Associates LLC (MCA) is a multidisciplinary firm providing civil engineering, land surveying, and related technical services to public and private sector clients.
We work closely with project teams and owners to support land development and infrastructure projects of all sizes and complexities.
We are certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. We are also recognized as a Small, Local Business Enterprise (SLBE) by the Metropolitan District Commission (MDC) in Hartford, CT.
