Our Approach
At MCA, we understand that there are different factors that go into the development of a project. That is why our first step is to listen. Listening allows us begin with sensitive, sensible and efficient planning and design. Once the client’s needs are known, our next step is to gather our team of technical staff in order to analyze the project with the end result in mind. At this stage, we identify potential issues and/or obstacles that may be present in order to plan accordingly. We then outline a detailed scope of services in order to meet the goals and objectives desired. As the project proceeds, our Project Managers maintain open lines of communication in order to report progress, address issues that arise and present information to move a project forward.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide clients with the proper information so that they can make informed decisions regarding the management of their projects. Each project that we undertake is planned to satisfy the client’s needs and expectations. Our work is controlled in-house and key decisions are made under the supervision of our senior managers. This is what has made MCA successful and has led to a 90% repeat business ratio.
