Who We Are

Martinez Couch & Associates, LLC (MCA) is an Engineering, Environmental, Land Surveying and Project Management Company based in Rocky Hill, Connecticut. Since inception in 1999, MCA has completed just over 3,500 land development and environmental projects in the State of Connecticut and throughout the New England Region.

MCA has a history of successful project completion and service delivery. Our staff consists of Professional Engineers (PE), Licensed Environmental Professionals (LEP), Licensed Land Surveyors (LLS), Professional Geologists (PG), CADD technicians and field personnel.
